On-court footwork drills

Last week one of our players Annalise struggled with an arm injury. To help her rest and recover while at the same time allow her to use her training time most efficiently, we decided to focus on her movement. She didn’t use her racquet during the drills; instead she relied on shadowing and very gentle arm work.

Our head coach Luis worked with her on the footwork patterns specific for each type of shot. Here’s a series of their movement exercises.
