Strength conditioning with Ella and Sergi

For a small academy like ours, one of the key benefits is the possibility of a programme individualisation and continual adjusting of programmes to players’ needs.
Our players have frequent one-on-one sessions: tennis, fitness and mental ones. Thanks to this personal attention, if they are willing to put in effort and listen to the coaches’ input, we believe that great things may happen in terms of their overall develooment.
