Tennis, Fitness and Mental Training Individual Lessons

The main feature that unites all the programmes at our tennis academy is personalisation. Whether it’s an annual programme, camps for groups or individual lessons, our priority is to customise the academy experience to the player’s needs and goals.

Being a small academy, we have the tools to personalise the programmes not only in terms of their content, but also we can group players in terms of their ages and levels as well as tailor their academy schedules to their school timetables. Our usual player-coach ratio on the court is 2:1 but   our annual players due to their small number regularly take part in individual sessions as part of their programme. 

Packages of individual sessions can become a programme in itself. A short-term or full-time player can have a programme consisting only of one-on-one tennis lessons. In addition, they can combine it with individual fitness sessions and mental trainings. The choice depends on the player. 

The number of lessons is also up to the player. Players can book individual lessons for their short-term stays or combine their sessions into a long-term programme.
