Beach as a training tool

Every week on Wednesdays and Fridays during the season we have fitness sessions on the beach, taking advantage of all the benefits of our location.

We treat sand as a training tool, adding another level of resistance  and thus contributing to the development of our players’ explosiveness, speed and agility.
