Hello, my name is Sofia. I am from England. I started playing tennis at 6 years old. I have played tennis for more than 10 years now. I was inspired to play tennis by my mum who brought me into the sport. At 11, I went to a high school, which provided me with lots of opportunities and allowed me to play lots of tennis and expand my game.

At 14 years old I got the opportunity to play at Wimbledon where I was ranked 55 in the UK. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed it and it made me realise that I wanted to take it to the next level by going to university in America.

After my GCSEs, I moved to Spain, where I now play at BTA. BTA has allowed me to improve my game both mentally and physically. In May, I started playing ITFs, which has allowed me to travel around the world and play against people from different countries.
