Summer Camps 2022

With the summer coming to its end and the school year just around the corner, it is the perfect moment to tell you all about our summer camps, which have been an unforgettable experience for all of us this year.

Without a doubt, it has been a summer, during which we got to train with more players than ever before. Our BTA family of players has grown significantly, and we have made lots of tennis friendships, which we hope will continue in the years ahead.

In the mornings we trained in three groups and in the afternoons in two, the main criteria behind the grouping being age and level. In this regard, summer camps are more challenging than the regular season as we work with a variety of players of distinct experience, technique and fitness level. Our goal is always to provide as comprehensive and personalised service as it is possible within the circumstances.

Our daily schedule included tennis practice of three hours, the morning session being more technically oriented and the afternoon one dedicated to match play. Our players had one hour of fitness every day and a 45-minute, mental training, frequently complemented with individual talks with our mental coach.

Here is an example of our full-time schedule:

7:30-9:15 Tennis

9:15-10:15 Fitness

10:15-11:00 Mental

14:00-15:30 Tennis

15:30-16:00 Stretching
