Fitness Trainings at our Tennis Academy

Our fitness work with players alternates between workouts in the gym, sessions on a tennis court as well as trainings on the beach.

The underlying aim of this fitness variety is to improve the physical conditioning of individual players through diversity of exercises that focus on multiple factors behind physical conditioning. 

Second, we intend to optimally use all the advantages that our location and facility offer. Our academy is located a 5-minute walk from the stunning beach of Castelldefels, and our club has both outdoor and indoor gyms, which can be utilised for different forms of training.
