Sixto Golobart

Sixto was born on July 3rd, 1973 in Barcelona, Spain. He started playing tennis at a very young age, was a Spanish National Champion U12, U14 and U16 and reached the top 100 in the Spanish national rankings. In addition, he played numerous ATP Futures tournaments, previously known as the Satellite Circuit. 

Sixto has coached in some of the most competitive clubs in Spain and worked in world-class programmes, such as the Tenis Bite Tennis Academy with Andres Gimeno Junior, the Martin Vidal Tennis Academy, as well as the AD-In Tennis Academy in collaboration with former top 50 ATP players Albert Portas and Germán Puentes.

He has a tennis coach license from the Master’s School by RFET  (Real Spanish Tennis Federation).

His passion for the sport of tennis and his dedication to make his players better make of him a great asset to the Barcelona Tennis Academy.

He is fluent in Catalan, Spanish, English and Italian.
