Plyometric exercises with Ella

High-intensity intervals of plyometric exercises are key for maximum speed, agility and strength. During the Friday morning fitness practice our fitness director Sergi did with Ella, one of our full-time players, a series of short intervals of jumps. Very frequently in our fitness trainings we make use of this flight of stairs by the Castelldefels beach. It is a great fitness tool for us.
