Reaction games with our fitness director Sergi

Tennis players need to control their bodies in a variety of ways, reactivity being one of the key components of their mobility. Tennis is a multi-directional sport, which makes it to a significant extent a read-and-react game. That is why reaction exercises are consistently integrated into our fitness workouts with players.


In the videos our fitness director Sergi is working with a group of players on their reaction time and fast changes of directions.
