Strength and agility exercises for tennis

Morning fitness session of drills with our fitness director Sergi and Ella, one of our U18 full-time, tennis players. 

Fitness, strength and conditioning programmes at our tennis academy are customised to the specificity of the demands of tennis as a sport as well as our players’ bodies and playing styles. 

In the exercises below we are working on Ella’s strength and agility through a variety of footwork and jump patterns.
