On-court mindfulness session
Last week our sports psychologists did a mindfulness session with our players on the court. The purpose behind the session was to teach them to enhance the experience of the present moment so that they carry it over to their tennis trainings and match play.
In our approach sport psychological topics are intertwined with daily life as we want our players to grow not only as tennis players but, most of all, as individuals.
The mindfulness technique can not only contribute to increasing levels of focus but also significantly impact on general psychological well-being.
